A retrospective analysis of cases involving mortality due to head trauma will be conducted, focusing on the medical and legal documentation, autopsy reports, forensic investigations, and legal outcomes. The study will also review relevant laws, guidelines, and protocols governing the management of head trauma-related fatalities and the responsibilities of healthcare providers and forensic experts. Insights into the patterns of mortality due to head trauma, the challenges in establishing causation and liability in such cases, and the impact of forensic evidence on legal proceedings. Findings may highlight the importance of accurate documentation, thorough investigations, and interdisciplinary collaboration in addressing the medical-legal aspects of head trauma-related deaths. Effectively addressing mortality due to head trauma requires a comprehensive understanding of the medical, forensic, and legal complexities involved in such cases.
